If you’ve ordered a test from us and need help, you can contact us by text at any time. Just reply to one of our text messages with your question. Our clinical team will read your message and get back to you.

Urgent or out of hours?

If you have a health emergency, call 112 or 999.

If you urgently need to see a GP outside of clinic hours, contact your local GP out-of-hours service.

If your medical issue is not urgent, you should make an appointment to see your usual GP during normal clinic hours.
